Free estimates and second opinions don’t include diagnostic work on gates we didn’t install, if the system has been modified by another company in a way that makes safe testing impossible. We’ll tell you that upfront, before we touch anything.
We also don’t use these offers to bait a switch. The price you sign is the price you pay. If we find something unexpected, we stop, explain it, and write a new price for your approval. That’s Clause 1. No exceptions.
